CONTACT NAME AND PHONE NUMBER ARE REQUIRED. You are required to meet the officer when they arrive. If you decline to meet the officer, they will cite only and not tow.
Info Only Requests:
Requests will be logged to help the City collect data on double parking and bike lane violations to determine target areas and future enforcement efforts. If the vehicle is moved before the officer arrives, canceling the service request is not required.
All Other Illegal Parking Requests:
A Parking Control Officer will be dispatched to the location.
Expected Response Time
Parking Enforcement does not provide an estimated time of arrival. Their goal is to respond to these requests within 60 minutes.
